“A guest orders a drink that is not on the menu, what would you do?”

Your priority is to ensure every guest has a great experience, so if someone orders a drink that's not on the menu, you will see it as an opportunity to impress. You would start by asking a few questions to understand exactly what they’re looking for—flavor preferences, strength, any specific ingredients they like. Then, you would either create the drink they requested or suggest a custom creation that matches their tastes. This way, they get something unique and tailored just for them, and it shows that you're committed to going the extra mile for your guests.
