As Operational Manager you are responsible for ensuring that all procedures are followed according to our standards. You are the main point of contact for the crew as well for our guests. You ensure that the crew carries out these procedures and other tasks in accordance with the regulations and standards and you direct them where necessary. You strive for a professional appearance of the hotel, ensuring that the crew can perform their work properly and enjoyably.
Together with the Cluster General Manager you ensure that you are in line with the budget and forecast, and discuss sales & revenue strategies. You also perform administrative tasks in guest related as well as employee related matters.
You are energetic multitasker who leads from the front to maintains a smooth hotel operation and inspires their team to overdeliver for guests by working hard and having fun.You make sure we maintain high standards for our guests, you have an eye for detail, as well as a sound business understanding. You build relationships with key partners and welcomes activity into the hotel by bringing the Moxy brand to life creating a fun environment that makes guests feel at home.
