You print all the necessary lists for housekeeping and breakfast, and you make an End Of Day report for the Assistant Hotel Manager (Assistant Captain). In this report, you give an update about things that happened during the night. After this, you help with preparing and serving the breakfast buffet and assist guests with checkouts.
